" Tony,
As per telephone conversation earlier in the week, I feel I must congratulate you on a fantastic job you have done in making me a new snooker cue to my specifications. Not only does it look the business, it has transformed my confidence with such a lovely feel and balanced weight. I said I would wait to contact you until after our Cup Final which we duly won 3-2, with me and my new cue winning the deciding frame.
I would have no hesitation in recommending you to any of my friends and hope to hear from you soon regarding a new leather cue case for what I hope will be my cue for life.
Once again, many thanks for a brilliant job. "
Yours sincerely

" Hi Tony,
Thanks once again for making such a wonderful cue, it really is the best cue I've ever played with and the most elegant I've seen. As the Americans say: Good job!
I'll be in touch with specs if anyone else is looking for the perfect cue! "
Take care and enjoy the festive period,
Keith, Scotland
" Dear Tony,
My new cue arrived yesterday in good order. At the moment i unpacked the cue and held it in my hands for the first moment i thought "that’s overwhelming!" It feels like an extended part of my body, exactly what i was looking for.
All i can say is: Thank you a lot, you did a brilliant job! I cant find any other word for it than 100%!
If i ever have any other requirements, you will be the first to contact, thats for sure! Thank you! "
Kind regards,

" Dear Mr Wilshaw,
I wanted to let you know that the cue is perfect. Well done.
When I`m playing with the new cue at the World Championship in Sheffield I will send you a VIP-Ticket.
So, thank you very much for your hard work and lots of greetings from me, my family and from all players in my Snookerclub. "
Kind regards,
Jan Eisenstein, Germany
" Hi Tony:
Just to let you know that the two cues arrived in perfect condition. I took a close look at them and I must say it was well worth the lengthy wait. They are simple, yet elegant and truly a work of art. I am looking forward to trying them out this evening at our local club here. Thanks for your great service and prompt shipment.
My "Hunt" cue was altered locally (quite badly, I must say) and there is a bit of exposed wood on the shaft. How do you go about applying a bee's wax finish to make it more water proof? What kind of bee's wax would I need? Would a light vanishing work for such a purpose? Your advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for the cues and your help.
Best Regards,
Stanley Hui, Hong Kong
